Start by dedicating 3 hours to the strength room. This not only builds muscle—our metabolism's foundation—but also acts as a fountain of youth for our bodies. Next, commit to 2 hours to the yoga room for barre, yoga, Pilates, etc. This is crucial for achieving balance, flexibility, and a healthy range of motion, while also helping prevent injuries. Then add in 1 hour in the spin room. This high-energy class is essential for boosting your VO2 max, which enhances your body's overall functioning and endurance.

Bonus:

As a bonus, consider incorporating 2 sessions of contrast therapy each week. These sessions are a fantastic way to flush out toxins, shed those extra pounds, enhance recovery, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and even enjoy quality time with a friend or loved one (remember, you can bring a guest to every session!).
