Welcome any and all. This will be an ongoing group for all past, current, and even those curious about future cuts. The hope is to keep a community alive to support each other, share recipes, provide updates for what's ahead etc. Moving forward the cut program will be broken into 4 phases in a little bit of an overall. Phase One: Belief building aka learning and preparing. Phase 2: The Fast and Detox Phase 3: Food Selection Phase 4: Fitness. It will be the same programming as in the past but with a few tweaks and enhancements. One change will be to spend more time on learning the why and how before the start. The second change will be to add a fitness component to the last 15 days. This will be a 15 day fitness challenge that can be completed at the gym or at home. Until then let's keep the community going!
