Have you ever wanted a Facebook or Instagram WITHOUT the fake,flashy, salesy, nonsense? Do you avoid social media because it causes you to doom scroll or get lost in the algorithm? What is there was a true online community? What if that community only allowed posts pertaining to health and wellness? Recipes, innovative ideas, tips, tricks, life hacks, and a place to meet new people. Well now it exists! MyCommunity is open to any and all looking for this experience. We are in the process of turning our app into a habit forming MACHINE! BUT first we need to get the community going. Spread the word! Oh and there are some fun little add ons you’ll begin to notice in here as you post content:)

As we head home from a long road trip out west we can’t help but be grateful for our amazing staff for holding down the fort while we were away! Anytime we travel we miss our community so much it reminds us what an awesome thing we have at MFS! We did a lot of hiking, but no lifting or yoga besides these tricks on the rocks ha. We cannot wait to get back into routine and classes with you all!
