Steps to changing our food addiction. After 4 years of practice I’ll share that though it’s easy to justify our food choices, let’s call it what it is. We are addicted to food! Cigarettes used to be touted as healthy. Alcohol and wine touted as healthy. And now they tell us our food is healthy and nothing to worry about. But as this group knows, try and eat just Whole Foods & we quickly see that we are in fact addicted to food. As someone that has had lots of addictions ranging from alcohol to work, I will tell u that willpower doesn’t cut it! We need discipline sure, but just like anything else we need a change in mindset first. Here is what seemingly works for food!
Step One: Build a new belief! Start watching documentaries, following whole food content producers, listen to podcasts! Etc. Get excited!

So I gotta share something cool. Awhile back I learned that the yoga Chakras which in the eastern world correlates with energies in the body each have the same colors in the same order as the rainbow. Roygbiv. Ok now this alone isn’t crazy accept when u learn that each color has associated frequency which aligns with the wavelength. Long and short waves of science that is providing clues here for us. Each frequency has a corresponding healing response. Ok so then I found out that the foods in nature align with the same healing as the colors of the chakras. At first I thought I was just crazy but then I saw Dr Mark Hyman breaks the foods into healing properties by color and I was reminded that they too align with the Chakras! @Everyone i pretty much agree with this picture of foods to eliminate, decrease, and reduce. Just adds support to what we are doing here but also breaks it out nicely in a picture
