This will serve as our Sunday fasting thread. Post questions, and encouragement in the comments. Let’s try to get reengaged for this last push. From now until Sunday evening a couple things to consider.

#1- Of you’ve fallen off and you are using the fast as a reset, don’t wait until Sunday to make a swift shift to low carb and high healthy fats or you may set yourself up for keto flu or at best a bad fast. Start tightening up today.

#2- If you had a rough fast last time, maybe between now and Sunday get some glutathione and melatonin from Walgreens or a local supplement store. These both help aid in setting up a more comfortable fast.

#3- make sure u have some MCT oil or coconut oil on hand. In my opinion using these in up to 15mls a day isn’t cheating because I have seen…

I got a little off-track this weekend... but I have learned (with a lot of help from Tyler and others in this group) that it isn't too hard to get back on track.


Remember, you can always do a quick 24 hour fast to reset and get back at it!

If anything, I have to go to they gym so I can farmers carry my meal prep to work on Monday mornings (we have a full size fridge for 4 of us so I load her up once/week).

The Pendulum Tool-

There seems to be a balance to everything. We have night and day, land and sky, and male and female. Everything we FORCE creates an inverse force. Simply put our body, mind, and life works just like everything else in that it’s the middle where we find balance. The problem is when we lose sight of what the middle is and fight the return back to it. Now that we fully understand how far we strayed from how we were intended to eat we can use the Pendulum as a Tool to stay in balance. Think of our day like this. We eat a donut for breakfast, now we spike our sugars and our cravings. The longer we let the donut swing us the further and longer it will take to get back to the middle. What if we had a play to let the pendulum swing…

I've been a little obsessed with this breakfast on my weekends. Eggs, leftover taco meat from the week, spinach, and a spoonful of salsa. The Kroger Private Selection Restaurant Style has been my go to for a while, seems pretty clean.
