Alright yall! At this point the devil of justification starts creeping in if we aren’t fully believing for ourselves yet. Therefore let’s openly discuss any and all objections! Ask yourself, “What doesn’t make sense?” and let’s bring it to the forefront. Ask “What are people telling me that does get me questioning?” And let bring it to the forefront. Any and all objections should be on the table. If we don’t have the answers or the belief we won’t be able to willpower thru the remaining weeks. We have to WANT power our way through knowing we have found the truth. Hold nothing back! Let’s get an open discussion.

A big fear of mine at the end of my first cut was how to move toward a less restrictive way of eating without gaining back all the “lost weight”. I find that I generally make choices within the bounds of the food list, but I would love for you comment on how to allow ourselves freedom to enjoy some of the things that we did prior to the cut so we don’t feel like we are on a perpetual diet.
