A Winter Cut Crew

Introduction

Hey everyone! When I did the New Year Cut last year, I had amazing results in the first month. My body comp improved, brain fog was gone, energy elevated, resting heart rate lowered. I was consistent and truly did lose my craving for sugar after not having it for a couple weeks. Ultimately, the second month was not the same story, so my main goal this time around is to stay consistent for the whole 60 days. Iโ€™m really looking forward to the gut/liver healing value this eating style brings- which translates to whole body health. Iโ€™m happy to be on the journey with you all!


My goals:

-No alcohol for the first 3 weeks.

-Fast for 48 hours.

-Eat only while sitting down at designated meal times to help with mindfulness.

-Maintain about 14/10 intermittent eating schedule after phase 2 to support hormone health.
