A Winter Cut Crew

Ready to dive in! I have done multiple cuts with good results, my favorite part believe it or not is the fast! I think it is because it lets you know you can do hard things. I like doing it with the group as well.

My goals are to stay away from any processed foods, eating only foods off the list. Stay away from alcohol for the entire cut. (Lent is a great time to give something up!). Walk daily.
