What to expect?
Most if not all of you that started Saturday night should not be in ketosis and or bouncing in and out of it. This means less short acting energy is available. On the positive side that means higher burn rate. On the negative side, until your body adjusts(about 2 weeks) you won’t have great workout energy. Your normal activity energy will be just fine, if not slightly better because it will be void the afternoon crashes. However stay patient and the workout energy comes back!
