Two weeks down! Things you should notice and then I want us all to use this thread for questions or early wins thus far!!

-energy during workouts still may be sluggish as the body adapts to the more slow but even fat for fuel energy.

-energy throughout the day should be more even with less ups and downs than your used to.

-Belly should feel less bloated and more flat and empty on the inside.

-Better mental clarity and emotional stability

-less aches and pains

-weight loss of 2-8lbs unless you had/have insulin resistance in which case it may take a couple more weeks to show up.
