Hi! I’m Jill. I’m excited and nervous for this challenge. I have been learning a lot more about food and looking forward to cleaning up my eating and hoping it will be passed onto my children. I’m also hoping to lose 25 pounds that have been lingering. I am going to really have to focus on changing my mindset towards food (stress eating is a real struggle) and broaden my horizons on food, as I am a pretty picky eater. I am really hoping this is a life changing experience!
