Super easy clean blueberry muffins

• 2 Cups Almond Flour

• 2 Eggs

• 2 Egg Whites, only

• 1/4 cup Unsweetened apple sauce

• 1 tsp Baking Soda

• 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 2 Tbsp Butter, or coconut oil

- 1/4 cup collagen protein

• 1 Cup Blueberries

Makes 12 muffins. Bake 350 for 20-25 min

Macros: 4.5 grams carb 6.5 grams fat 11 grams protein per muffin
