This week as been harder for me as my daughter was in town and had little time to meal prep - so definitely didn’t get enough nutrients in this week - I am down about 10 pounds since the start. Overall feeling good - I can get through my workouts and reps better —. Anyone know of someone who I could hire to help with meal prep / meals?
