Excited and ready to go!
Hello everyone! My SMART goal is to lose at least 15 pounds and 15 overall inches. I’m recently joined the gym in mid June and truly enjoy the classes and coaches/instructors. This is my first cut but I don’t think it will be my last as I have a way to grow lol! Check in, how’s everyone else feeling?
