Questions from today’s video

I use slightly roasted vegetables, drizzled with coconut oil and herbs before eating most of my meals to start to fill myself up and regulate my glucose spikes. Should I be eating totally raw vegetables? Is organic coconut oil a healthy oil in this class? Somehow I missed the fact that fats have more energy than protein. Recently, I’ve been increasing my protein to help with muscle building. I increase my healthy fats to feel not hungry to extend a fast. Last question I have a continuous glucose monitor to help. Help me on my goal for a no spike (like a kiddy roller coaster and not Orion !) diet even though I’m not prediabetic. What is the best way of measuring ketosis? I have a monitor, but the strips are expensive and I don’t find the pee strips very effective.

Coconut oil is a good oil. So is olive, mct, and avacado. Totally raw veggies add dense nutrients and soluable fiber to help regulate blood sugar, made us feel more full, and slow insulin release and spikes. I use a mojo for tracking ketosis and blood sugar and it can usually be found on Amazon.
