When I made my stew I cooked the ground beef (using worcestshire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, ionized salt, pepper, 1Tbsp unsalted butter) first then added everything else (the mustard, unsalted butter, unfiltered olive oil, I use Costco honey and counted to 2 when squeezing) and used cabbage, kale, spinach, celery, red onions, fresh garlic, bay leaves (2), fresh basil and thyme, braggs vinegar, kettle beef broth, and red peppers for color. The vinegar definitely helps! I also used lime juice and red pepper flakes because I like a kick. I ate this for 4 days and then started a keto diet and lost 14 pounds in like 2 weeks. I need strategies for stress because I stress eat. So any guidance would help me for sure!!

Ohhh that sounds good—I struggled with the stew after a couple days so hoping to try these ingredients to make it easier to keep eating!
