Step down carbs!!
Trust me when I say you DO NOT want to go into a water fast having eating processed crap and lots of carbs. The more in the system, the more you have to burn thru to get into ketosis. The longer it takes to get into ketosis the longer the misery. Plus it increases the likelyhood of keto flu. Keto flu is due to the rapid change of fuel to the body and it’s not fun!
