Whats everyone eating?!!...
Hi all!! I have done a few cuts. Had a family emergency, so I am just finishing up the chicken tomorrow. Im trying to read through to catch up, and im not seeing much....I dont belong to the gym due to distance. Im not sure if everyone is sharing personally or if this round is just different.
Im looking for ideas of what to start with this week. Looking forward to making some fun things. Also, wanted a reminder of how to incorporate foods along the journey. What are we limited to after the chicken? Tapioca flour and parm cheese ok for these next week's?

Jen, I have been eating the food on the list that we received. Honestly, I either eat roasted vegetables and a protein that I bake or a salad with protein on top. I use basil olive oil on my roasted vegetables and salad. I have been munching on lots of mini peppers too. It may seem a little monotonous but I enjoy it. Also, I am trying to eat more vegetables. For breakfast or snack, I may eat Greek plain yogurt with chia seeds and hot honey or berries. Hope this helps.
