Hey All! I’m Emily and like many others I’ve done the cut a number of times in the past . I had the most success my first cut . I always feel better when I’m eating clean Whole Foods . My crazy work and home schedule makes staying focused and committed more challenging but ready to get back on track!
My goals are to increase my water intake , reduce pain in joints and feel less inflamed / bloated ! And of course drop some lbs!

The antiinflammatory aspect of this is what has me continue to go back and also what has me ready to be back on track right now. It makes a huge difference so much so that I feel like an idiot for not being able to stay away from the crap for stretches that I know make me feel way worse.
