Supplement Details

Scott here, this is my 3rd cut over the last year. Looking forward to resetting my body and mind.


Tyler, something I’ve struggled with (past and now) is when we should be taking the various supplements. Can you provide a little more detail on which and when (fasting prep, during fast, time of day)? It’s just not 100% clear to me. Thanks!

Great question! So none of these are essential with exception of the sea salt which id say on a water fast is pretty much. Sea salt in the morning with first water. Just a pinch. Normal serving size of glutathione leading up to and thru the fast along with melatonin will help with sleep, reducing keto flu and oxidative stress. Lastly and prolly least important is L-glutamine and selenium which in theory(I’ve never tried) would decrease sugar cravings. Dr Huberman kinda explains the why behind this in a video from the steps.
