Back to School Cut

Hey! I’ve done the cut a handful of times and I typically stick with a mostly whole food diet, but this summer I dove head first into old (bad) habits and I’m ready to get back on track. I feel so good, and my workouts are more impactful, when I’m fueling my body with the right foods. Some tips…(1) a few pinches of celtic sea salt in water throughout the day will be a tremendous help during the fast, (2) meal prep goes a long way in staying on track, (3) really pay attention to how you’re feeling and how your clothes fit vs what the scale says. Looking forward to spending the next 60 days getting healthy with yall!
