Hi all! I’m Abbie and this is my first time doing the Cut so any advice and/or suggestions are much appreciated!! I’ve never fasted before and I’m looking forward to seeing how I’ll feel during it! I tend to eat a lot of processed food and drink a lot of Diet Coke and I’m excited to change my eating habits to see how it effects my energy levels! My goal is to get into a habit of meal planning and prepping every single week, as I feel like that will be key for me, and become a healthier version of myself! I’m excited to start this journey with you all and set a better example for my family!
