About the event
WHO: Kid's ages 4-10 WHAT: A 1 hr challenging and fun group yoga class with a SUPERHERO theme. Kids are welcome to wear a superhero costume but certainly not required to do so. We will spend the first 15 minutes learning 10 yoga poses and warming up. Then we will play four 10 minute superhero games incorporating the poses.
