It is that time of year for our annual MFS birthday party! We cannot believe we are already turning 4! We love this annual event because we all get to come together outside of the gym! This event has grown larger and larger each year and we hope this is the biggest year yet!

Hey all! We cannot wait to celebrate our 4th birthday!! This is an annual event that has grown each year and has become something we really look forward to! Please bring your spouse, significant other, friend, etc! The more the merrier! Come hang out, have some snacks and drinks and get to see your gym friends without sweat and stink! ha! We will provide appetizers, but encourage you to bring an appetizer to share!
