About the event
We would like to try out a middle school class (ages 11-14) boys and girls wanting to learn the proper way to lift. We have added 3 classes to see what kind of interest we have. It will be limited to 10 participants a class to keep it hands on coaching The class will be coached by former UC football player Connor Keyes. This class is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of weightlifting and strength training in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, explaining and going through all lifts, coaching up on proper technique/form and teaching the principles to lifting. This will help prepare individuals for high school lifting and put them ahead of their competition.
