We keep hearing that the MFS ladies want a ladies night....well we hear you and we are excited to have a girl's night out! Come in for a fitness blender workout. We will use all three rooms for this workout (a dream come true!). Drinks, appetizers and fun to follow workout! Work hard. Play Hard!

About the event
We are so so excited to have our first annual Girl's Night out!!! People have been asking for this and we finally got it on the books! This is a great night to bring your friend, cousin, sister, neighbor who you have been trying to try MFS because the workout will be in all three rooms!!! We have never done this before and can't wait to utilize the entire space. Space will be limited so sign up early!
We will start the night with a fitness blender workout followed by drinks crafted by our very own bartender, Aunnie!! We are asking that everyone bring their favorite appetizer or dessert to share. If you pick a recipe that you LOVE, we are asking that you bring one copy of this recipe so that we all walk away with a bunch of awesome new recipes!
