About the Event

GIRLS LIFT TOO is a one-week strength, agility, and conditioning program to teach young women the fundamentals of fitness training.  WHO?: Girls grades 7-12  WHEN?: June 7-10 Monday thru Thursday 1:30 - 3:00 pm.  WHAT?: 50-minute workout followed by 10 minutes of stretching, yoga, or meditation and a 30-minute workshop.  You'll learn how to build lean muscle, improve endurance, optimize nutrition to the desired outcome, and improve your overall mental health.
