Back by popular demand...the 4th Annual Frigid Fit at Veteran's Park hosted by MyFitness Suites! The goal is to complete this frigid fitness course in under an hour. Run or walk between fitness stations that will challenge your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Want to really push your mental toughness? Take the optional polar plunge ice bath at the end! We will also have Java Jackets again serving hot drinks! Look for new partnerships and giveaways as well this year with Quidwell and Ascent Protein!
