Back by popular demand is the 2nd annual Frigid Fit. This is an hour-long outdoor workout in the frigid Cincinnati February. This challenge will present mental and physical toughness. Grab your friends, partner, spouse and come out and see if you can complete the course.

Get ready for our 2nd annual Frigid Fit! Â This was a very popular event last year, so get your tickets early! Â This event will again be held at Veteran's Park. Â There will be exercises/obstacles along the running path. Â We are excited to announce that Java Jackets will be there again this year handing out coffee and hot chocolate after the race!
