Transformation 5.0

Welcome to our 5th annual New Year, New You Transformation Challenge! Last year's challengers achieved incredible results, losing an average of 9.26 lbs, with our winner Doug D. shedding an impressive 12.1% of his body weight! This year, we're taking it up a notch with a brand-new format designed to deliver the best results yet. All participants will join the same group on our app, where our team of expert trainers will share their wisdom and mini-challenges with the group as a whole. Not only will you receive support from fellow group members, but each trainer will also take turns leading content delivery, ensuring you get the best tips, tricks, and challenges from our collective expertise. This year, we're offering even bigger prizes and more interaction with our coaches. There will be three winners, each receiving a substantial prize. The first-place winner will receive a cash payout, the amount of which will be determined based on the size of the draw. The second-place winner, chosen based on the best before-and-after transformation photo, will receive a three-month free unlimited membership. The third-place winner will be awarded a one-month free unlimited membership. To kick off the challenge, each participant will weigh in and take a before picture on day one. At the end of the challenge, the participant with the greatest percentage of weight loss will be awarded the grand prize. Those interested in competing for the second and third place prizes will submit their before-and-after photos to the coaches, who will vote on the top two transformations. This could be added muscle, lost fat, or a combination. These top two will then be put to a poll in the group, with the best transformation receiving the second-place prize and the runner-up taking third place.
