Good morning! I’m Kathy and have been a memeber of MFS since Jan 2023. I did the cut last fall and was really disciplined for about 3/4 of it. I felt great - was able to lose some pounds and keep most of it off. What I loved most was how my joints / back didn’t ache like they normally do. To be honest I’ve attempted to do this program in my own (atleast the fast and stew phase) and failed miserably so I know the group aspect is so important! I’m looking forward to reseting, getting rid of some excess bloat and improving my energy / focus. My afternoon sweet tooth and occasional glass of wine in the evening is my weakness.
