I’m a seasoned faster, 6 days is my tops, but for my first day, I wake up with half a lemon juice and hot distilled water for my ‘coffee’, if this is new to you add MCT oil and use a frother or wisk to mix. After you consume it I usually do 2 tablets of garcinia cambogia. Then after four hours I take 2tbsp of unfiltered olive oil. Then I drink about 100oz of water for the next 4 hours. I’m good until it’s time for bed. Before I go to bed I take 2 more tbsp of unfiltered olive oil. The next day, I need nothing. Truly nothing. For my third day I wake up with the other half lemon and hot water with 2 tbsp of unfiltered olive oil and I’m good all day, even going for a 45 min walk. For dinner I have the stew…

Technically this much oil would break a water fast because you’d need to be under 70 calories but sounds like this works for you!
