The New Year Cut 🫛🥕🌱

Want to feel better, clean up your gut, correct insulin issues, and improve your knowledge of food? Introducing the a brand new format for the 60 day cut program! The kick off conference call starts January 3rd 2025! We will all go through 4 steps together. Step 1: Prep - We will prepare both physically and mentally. The physical preparation will require grocery shopping and a few supplement purchases. The mental prep will build belief in what you are doing by researching a topic and sharing the info with the group. Step 2: The Fast and Detox - We will embark on a group fast together. The goal will be 24 hours water fasting but many may choose at their discretion to go longer. 24 hours is enough to teach us about ourselves, our habits, and to detox. 48 hours will plant most people into ketosis. 72 hours and you're starting to get the benefits of autophagy. Step 3: Food as Fuel and Medicine. We will set up a daily list of foods we take for improved health along with a list of ingredients we eat from. Recipes will be provided. Step 4: Fitness - For the last part of this new version of the cut we will introduce a daily at home exercise that will supplement what you do in the gym. The goal will be to improve your fitness output. Follow the program, use the group for support, and turn on your body’s fat-burning mode! Step 3 will include a phased approach and not for the newbie diet novice. It takes discipline, but there’s no need to count calories or ever be hungry. Instead, focus on naturally filling and nourishing foods. You’ll have an ingredients list, recipes to follow, and a group to support you. Get the encouragement you need to give up your sweet tooth, plus some ideas for healthy alternatives that will serve you beyond these 60 days!
