Hey Ty! Do we need to be worried about NOT getting enough calories? I understand the whole calorie deficit to lose weight concept, and I’m on board with that. I just want to ensure there isn’t some minimum we need to be tracking to keep up with our workouts, etc. just a question!

We would have had no ability to track calories in the past and the calorie is measured from burning food. So my question would be how much do u now think this even correlates? The turning point of this whole thing is when we begin to learn to listen and trust within instead of listening and trusting from what we are told or SOLD. @kurstenkaiser @Amy Raterman
