Make sure you are staying on top of your fats and low are your carbs still! Remember your switching to fats for fuel instead of carbs. Also a side note: A lot more women take creatine than I ever knew. This is one supplement that actually works BUT it's almost always a creatine monohydrate and while it increases strength and endurance slightly in years of experience with it, it adds about 4-6lbs of water weight that is noticeable. Additionally creatine on this diet isn't great. U want to cycle it anyway so if you are a fan of it then taking a two week break now will give you a reset for next loading round.
