Back by popular demand...the 3rd Annual Frigid Fit at Veteran's Park hosted by MyFitness Suites!  The goal is to complete this frigid fitness course in under an hour.   Run or walk between fitness stations that will challenge your strength, endurance, and mental toughness.  This year we will also be adding a polar plunge of sorts in the new Freezin For a Reason charity ice bath.  Adventure and adrenaline enthusiasts can set a pledge amount where if donors hit the mark they will take the plunge.  We will also have Java Jackets again serving hot drinks!Â
