Hi! I’m Alex, mom of 2 girls and MFS member for the last few years. I have a good relationship with exercise and love how it makes me feel but I have always struggled with a healthy food relationship. I’ve tried lots of “diets” over the years. I did the Cut lathe same time last year and I learned so much and remember feeling soooo good! I’m hoping to get back to that feeling again and pick up more healthy habits that I can maintain after the program is over.
