The New Cut program! ?
Hi all! I’ve been building out the new and improved programming to be ready to start a January one. Biggest changes will be that each step will include challenges and video interactions. Additionally we will have a belief and prep building week followed by a fast and stew week. Week three will then be phase one recipes, week four phase two, five phase 3, week four phase 4, week 5 phase five recipes and weeks 6,7,8 we will have at home workouts to supplement what is done in the gym. These will be video exercises done each day for a week. Any thoughts or ideas to add?
