Hope everyone had a good weekend! Ok so I have a challenge to this crew! Who wants to commit to 10 days of getting at least some of the following items in as daily medicine? I say some because not everyone needs all. Choose 5 and commit 10 tens. 1 of the 5 MUST be daily cut raw veggies

If energy and circulation is an issue then beets.
Organic bone broth- joint, brain, and gut
Sea Salt water (8 twists)
Raw cut veggies( think fiber first)
Cod liver oil- joint/brain health
1 Brazil nut (selenium 100%)
Manuka honey (healing benefits)
Apple cider vinegar- microbiome
Mct oil- fuel and brain energy
