TRANSFORMATION 2.0

Hope everyone had a good weekend! Ok so I have a challenge to this crew! Who wants to commit to 10 days of getting at least some of the following items in as daily medicine? I say some because not everyone needs all. Choose 5 and commit 10 tens. 1 of the 5 MUST be daily cut raw veggies

  1. If constipation or diarrhea is a regular issue then basil seeds

  2. If energy and circulation is an issue then beets.

  3. Organic bone broth- joint, brain, and gut

  4. Sea Salt water (8 twists)

  5. Raw cut veggies( think fiber first)

  6. Cod liver oil- joint/brain health

  7. 1 Brazil nut (selenium 100%)

  8. Manuka honey (healing benefits)

  9. Apple cider vinegar- microbiome

  10. Mct oil- fuel and brain energy
