How is everyone doing?
Positives: I've noticed some improvements in my skin and a reduction in overall inflammation. As you know, I've been struggling with fatigue, so I tried a 68-hour water fast at the beginning of the week. It seems to have helped a bit and even nudged the scale down. I've lost 3 pounds this week and am feeling a bit better with the fatigue so maybe I needed some more detox. My appetite has decreased significantly, which is great, but i noticed over the weekend sometimes, if I'm busy and out and I don't have a meal ready, I just skip it, and I’m okay with that since my hunger and cravings are much lower but I need to work on having on the go meals as an option. Not sure that I’m hitting 1200 calories a day the past few days
Need to improve: I haven’t been working out at all due to the fatigue so my goal is to get back into my normal walking the next few days and then more intense workouts. The walking really helps with my mental health too.
Maybe add in the collagen powder? I’ve never really used it but I bought it at the start

For breakfast I just mixed this all together. Super easy
Scrambled Egg
Ground beef
Peppers
Mushrooms
Olive oil
Green onion
Tomato
Avacado
Salt and pepper
Coffee with MCT oil
Would love to hear from others experiences to learn what working for you and to stay motivated
@Everyone jump in here if u have any suggestions for on the go food u have gravitated to. How’s everyone energy now that the first few weeks adjustments are over?
