How’s it going out there today? One week down! I’ve been on the chicken/fish and sprouts for a few meals now and am really enjoying it. I used tilapia in the marinade last night, and it was delicious! I’ve had my moments of challenge (especially with hosting my entire family this weekend 😳), but pure la croix with a squeeze of lime is helping! Hope you are all staying strong out there 💪🏻

I’m doing great! I’ve already lost 20lbs from 6/10 through today and I really like where I’m at. I’ve been able to give up the alcohol hard stop without really any issues since I don’t drink when traveling for work so often. I’ve also been able to adhere really well to the 16:8 intermittent fast easier than I thought as a 5am class goer. The hardest part for me has been not being able to push myself the way I prefer to during my workouts. I’ve had to throttle back way more than I’d prefer.
