Expectations at this point

  • should be down a good chunk of weight

  • Workouts still suck as the body adapts to the slower ATP cycle that fat fuel goes thru

  • Energy should be returning and more steady than before throughout the day

  • Sugar cravings are starting to subside

  • Gut should feel “light” and clean

  • constipation or diarrhea should be gone. If still constipated try aloe, magnesium, or mushroom tea

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share my results in case anyone is feeling discouraged about the scale. This is my second time doing this and the weight is coming off a little slower than last time but that’s OK! I am down 5.3 pounds since the start but an entire pants size.

Don’t give up! 😊 it gets easier!!
