Is there any preference on the TYPE of honey? There are so many out there. There is organic honey and also organic raw honey, and organic raw and unfiltered honey?!? Help with honey!! What does everyone use?

Organic still has a strick labeling. So just go with an organic raw honey. Side note! @Everyone Look into the benefits of Manduka honey! We’ve had ton of healing success at our house. It’s too expense to eat for fun though haha
