Summer Cut 3.0

Hi my name is Tiffany Nickson! This is my first cut and my goal is to lose 10-15 pounds. I overall want to build a better relationship With food and maintain some healthy eating habits after this cut.

What is everyone doing for work out plans during the cut? Are there work out plan recommendations already laid out for us that I missed?

During the kickoff call, Tyler suggested 1-2 hours of cardio and 3-4 hours of strength training per week.

I workout as usual during these cuts. I take a class at MFS every day except Sunday - a mix of strength training, hot hiit, yoga - and I squeeze in a walk whenever I can.
