Healthy graham cracker recipe
4.5 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup of raw honey
1tsp of vanilla
1tsp of coconut oil
1/4 stick of butter
1 tsp cinnamon
-melt the butter and coconut oil. Mix wet ingredients.
-add wet to dry and use wooden spoon to mix very throughly. It will be dry crumbled balls to start and I try to break it up to get an even distribution. Then mash in bowl until it sticks together in a ball. Roll out with rolling pin to graham cracker thickness. Score the crackers with a knife and use a fork to make a bunch of air holes. Bake at 375 on a pizza sheet for 10-12 minutes. Then separate the sheet and flip and cook another 2-3 until golden brown.
