Hi, I’m Lindsey Davis and I’m excited and nervous for the cut. I missed the conference call yesterday, but have been reading the information shared and checking the daily steps. I have participated in many 24 fasts and clean eating, but I do enjoy my wine on the weekends. I have consistent habits with working out and eat good 80% of the time, but I’d like to have a healthy relationship with food and just get back on track from a crazy summer. I’d like to loose 5-10 pounds, but mostly not obsess over tracking and the number on the scale.
