This cut is going so much better than my last one! I went to a family gathering yesterday and only ate raw veggies, plain pulled pork and my 1/4 of berries. I even past up nothing Bundt cakes (one of my favs). The sugar cravings are not anything like they had been. Today, I took my kids to get ice cream and skipped mine (my other favorite dessert). I've actually had black coffee as well. That’s something completely new for me. Now to finish out the chicken and sprouts phase in a couple of days.

My favorite part about the cut is it gets easier and easier every time! My third time I fasted for 76 hours 😳 it’s amazing how quickly the body snaps back to remember what to do!
