Hi all! How is everyone doing out there!?!?
Overall I’m feeling significantly less bloated and lighter. But really struggling with cravings and temptation today. I’m on day 4 of the stew (after doing a 48 hr fast). Carrying raw veggies and lots of water with me on this very busy Saturday!
Would love some ideas to help the cravings!
The marinade for the brussels sprouts is sweet so hopefully that satisfies any sweet cravings you might be having. FYI - that marinade is equally delicious on broccoli!!
