How we doing out there? I think it be good to have a substitute thread! We personally switch oils to olive or avacado, condiments to mustard or make our own(tasty and faster), honey, dates, and raw maple syrup for baked good sweetners, cassava root or almond flour instead of bleached processed flour, chickpea or califlower for rice or pasta. Those wily vets to the program out there…what am I missing?

I use cauliflower rice a lot and spaghetti squash instead of pasta. I always try to do a meal where I can quickly sub something healthy for myself, but pretty much just stick to a protein and veggies for dinner.
