Hi all! Im Leslee. I have always enjoyed working out however my diet has always been my problem area. No matter how much i try to get better or more clean i can never cut some of the toxic habits so i am hoping to 'rip the band aid off' and give this a shot! I would like to get out of the constant insulin cycle and help my body relaern to fat burn and also minimize all processed food. I would love to shed some pounds along the way but mostly want to feel
More energized and less sluggish because of food.
