Excited to start this process! I’ve participated in the cut several times and found I was most successful during last years winter cut. I made it through the whole program last year, and found it so impactful. Admittedly the first two weeks are always my hardest and where I’ve struggled. I’m determined and focused this time. I started my fast this evening (lined up better with my schedule) and my goal is 36 hours and then take it one hour at a time after that. Looking forward to being in this!
My goals:
go as long as possible fasting (I’ve made it to 62 hrs before)
Intermittent fasting 16/8
No alcohol
Eliminate mindless eating
